The Transformation

Idle assets, then sold and paid

We're not a cleanout or organizing service. We sell — your equipment, fixtures and inventory taken to market and converted to capital.

Commercial kitchen and salon equipment sitting idle in a closed business

Selling it yourself

  • Pricing equipment blind while running a close or a move.
  • Nights spent writing listings and chasing buyers.
  • Auctioneers offering pennies, or working assets hauled off.

Selling it with Mikki

  • Priced against regional resale comps for what buyers actually pay.
  • Every listing, buyer question and pickup handled around your hours.
  • Capital recovered before the deadline, not written off.

The Service

Liquidation without the labor

Commercial kitchen equipment prepared for a sales listing
01 — You send photos & details

Text us photos, measurements, model numbers and condition notes. We tell you exactly what to capture so nothing slows the listing down.

02 — Market research & pricing

We price against real regional resale comps so equipment moves at fair value inside your timeline instead of sitting.

03 — Listings, buyers & pickup

We write the listings, screen and answer every buyer, and schedule pickups around your operating hours. You get paid.

Run the transition. We'll run the sale.

No staff pulled off the floor, no owner answering marketplace messages at midnight, no strangers walking in unannounced. One point of contact, weekly updates, proceeds to you.

About

Meet Mikki

Mikki sells things for a living. Mikki Lists ATL is a Metro Atlanta resale and liquidation practice built on years of buying and selling secondhand furnishings and equipment — knowing what a piece is actually worth, and what it takes to get a buyer to show up with cash.

This is not organizing, staging or a cleanout crew. You send photos, measurements and model numbers; Mikki prices each asset against real regional resale comps, writes and posts the listings, fields every buyer inquiry, negotiates and coordinates pickup around your operating hours and your walkout date.

Restaurants, salons, offices, retail, gyms, medical suites and construction operations get one capable point of contact for the sale — so the owner stays focused on the transition and still walks away with proceeds instead of a haul-away invoice.

I list. You get paid.

FAQ

Good questions

What kinds of business assets do you sell?+

Furniture, fixtures, kitchen and salon equipment, office systems, gym equipment, retail displays, tools and excess inventory with real resale demand.

Do you photograph the equipment?+

No. Your team sends photos, measurements, model numbers and condition notes — we'll tell you exactly what buyers need. Listings, buyers and pickups are ours.

Can you work against a hard deadline?+

Yes. Tell us the lease end or handover date up front and we build the listing and pickup schedule around it.

How does payment work?+

Pricing depends on the project and may be structured as commission, a minimum engagement or custom project pricing. You'll know the structure before work begins.

Is this an auction?+

No. Assets are listed and sold individually or in bundles at researched market prices, which typically recovers more than a liquidation auction.

Will pickups disrupt operations?+

Pickups are scheduled around your hours and access rules, including after-hours and loading-dock coordination.

What happens to items that don't sell?+

We'll flag those early and recommend bundling, donation or another route rather than letting them stall your timeline.

What areas do you serve?+

Atlanta and the surrounding metro region, roughly a 50-mile radius.
